W&L Alpha Delta Pi Sorority House
The Washington and Lee master plan provides a variety of student living arrangements on a campus where approximately 80% of the student body has a Greek life affiliation. This addition to campus housing provided a full-service 20-bed residence along the sorority promenade. The brick house is designed to complement the architecture of the adjacent sorority houses and is the primary meeting space for the sorority residents and members who reside elsewhere on campus. The LEED Silver design accommodates privacy for coed use of the facility during the University summer orientation program along with improved ADA accessibility for all who use the building.
