Longwood North Campus

Following Mitchell / Matthews' master plan for a new academic and residential precinct along the prominent ridge occupied by SVU, the first phase proposed construction of a new Living / Learning Commons combining a 28,330 square foot Academic Center, a new 200-bed, 32,143 square foot Residence Hall, an approximate 11,000 square foot expansion of dining services in a new concourse, food court style facility, and a 9,000 square foot fitness center.
