Wertland I

1115 Wertland provides housing for students within a few hundred yards from Jefferson's Rotunda at the University of Virginia. Built on what was an underutilized land in a historic neighborhood, it was designed in the regional vernacular Craftsman style, complimenting the surrounding neighborhood. The building combines a timeless classical geometry with steep roof pitches, ganged fenestration, and shingles. New construction of 63,620 SF, 4-story.
