W&M Chancellors Hall
Program and Feasibility Studies led to strategic renovations for the historic academic building. Scope included extensive state-of-the-art upgrades for classrooms, studies, conference rooms and offices in order to house several academic departments and programs all together. This project achieved LEED Gold Certification, and was successfully executed within the not-to-exceed budget.
