Liberty University Student Commons I-IV
M/M’s master planning for the residential precinct will result in four residence halls by Fall 2024, providing approximately 3,300 beds and 14 RA / RD apartments. The completed halls are highly in demand and contain lounge/study areas, self-service laundries, & trash/recycling at each floor. M/M precinct work included fit-outs for Student Life offices, and Student Health Clinic & Pharmacy. The adjacent Lakeside Dining Hall will serve the residents and provide views to the lake. The central chiller plant serves this precinct.
