UNC Cobb Hall

Cobb Hall was a comprehensive renovation that reconfigured and upgraded the character and quality of the building to include 400 beds in its 110,000 GSF, as well as common areas and an outdoor courtyard. Additionally, the renovation provided new program spaces including a cinema, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and a piano rehearsal room. All mechanical and electric systems were replaced. A prominent five-level addition, responding to the character of the original exterior, includes elevators, lounges, bathrooms, and spaces for study and meetings.
