UVA College Foundation Offices
The 1st floor tenant space was renovated to combine multiple tenant suites into a cohesive space for the UVA College Foundation. A reception area, state of the art conference rooms, elegant private offices, and a break room / kitchenette were included. The renovation included full mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, achieved via design/build. The client specifically wanted to upgrade finishes, technology, and acoustics, while increasing the number of private offices and making the space more open with access to natural light and views.
