The Standard, Charlottesville

Designed for Landmark Properties, one of the Nation’s leading student housing investors, The Standard is a high-end, amenity- rich student residential project located on 2.5 acres, a few hundred feet from UVA’s grounds, on West Main Street in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this highly scrutinized and highly regulated architecturally controlled design district, we were able to provide 643 student beds on six floors enveloping a 500-space, 7-level parking deck. Approximately 10,000SF of ground level food service & retail space provide connectivity to the streetscape.
