Watson Manor

Watson Manor Renovation is an award-winning historic renovation for the University of Virginia-affiliated Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture. The project provided user accessibility and program spaces for administration, research, instruction, and accommodations. Adjacent to the UVA campus, the project required substantial public entitlements, including approval from the Board of Architectural Review. The project included a comprehensive remodeling and rehabilitation of the existing four-level building, as well as a 13,000 square-foot addition housing an elevator, office space, conference area, library, lounge, and residential quarters.
